ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY
This is an association whose main goal is to encourage participation in response to the crisis of social and environmental sustainability in the following areas:
● Computer workshops with citizens in the neighbourhoods
● Projects to clean areas such as the Guadalquivir Riverbank
● To study the need of urban furniture/infrastructures and the social impact that it produces in the citizens.
● General administrative tasks
This organization promotes urban sustainability of the food system, agricultural biodiversity, and Cordoba as a greener and friendlier city in the face of climate change.
It also supports school gardens in educational centers, leading the creation of a network of urban gardens following the model initiated in 2011 with the Community Ecological Gardens of La Asomadilla.
FUNDACIÓN ARQUITECTURA CONTEMPORÁNEA
About the foundation: It’s an entity that tries to bring closer the distance between contemporary architecture and society. Its program revolves around research, content creation, and dissemination to promote current architecture with values that improve living conditions.
Job description:
Participation in activities and workshops programmed by the institution, and other tasks.
Vegetable gardens and cooperative store.
Students will be able to carry out their internship in the field doing planting and harvesting of ecological products or selling these products in the store.
